Manndie Tingler is a recognized sales and marketing executive with over a decade and a half of experience in business development, sales, and marketing. Manndie previously served as Director of Business Development at Papa & Barkley and played an integral role in helping to elevate the company to its success during its first two years of operation. Since 20’17, Manndie has provided cannabis business development and fractional CMO Consulting services to brands throughout California, assisting them with go-to-market strategies and brand development planning. She is also a Co-Founder of Khemia, a cannabis brand for women, the CMO of CannaGram cannabis delivery service, and the Head of Brand Relations at Conception Nurseries.

As a natural entrepreneur, networker, connector, human rights advocate, and cannabis lobbyist, Manndie served in a number of board roles, including one of the ’16 seats on the National Cannabis Industry Association’s (NCIA) Board of Directors from 2018-2022. As a member of NCIA’s Board of Directors Tingler advocated for Federal cannabis policy reform for measures such as the SAFE Banking Act, cannabis rescheduling, social-equity, and 280E tax reform. Manndie Tingler is also passionate about cannabis education and advocacy and is a Board member for CannaMommy, which advocates for the use of plants over pills during all stages of motherhood. Tingler also provides ongoing cannabis education to adults and seniors across Northern California through Cannabis THC/CBD 101 seminars which are taught in collaboration with nurses and physicians.

In 2019, the Lady Jane Society of the Central Valley recognized Manndie as the “Cannabis Community Leader of the Year ” for her dedication towards building community for women in the cannabis industry and her commitment to the empowerment of women in cannabis. In 2020 Tingler was acknowledged by Green Market Report as one of the “Top 100 Most Important Women in Weed” and she was also featured in the 2020 issue of Women and Weed magazine as one of the industries top 10 women to know in cannabis. in 2018.

Over her career in cannabis, Manndie has founded the goto-market plan for 6 successful manufacturing and distribution companies in Northern California and helped to develop products and brands with an excellent track record, achieving 20 industry award wins, including Best Edibles, Best Topicals, Best Tinctures, and Best Concentrates from industry competitions like the Emerald Cup, High Times, and the Chalice Cup.

Manndie holds a Masters of Science in Counseling from CSU Sacramento, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in non-profit business from CSU Fresno. Tingler is also an independent mother of two amazing children. Prior to her career in cannabis, Manndie founded a non-profit counseling agency in California that provided low-cost or free counseling services to children and families. Manndie is a driving force with a focus on building a world-class cannabis economy, and she has found her stride sharing her love for ‘power of the plant’.
