Non-Medical Role Acknowledgment

You understand that the CannaMommy Herbal Certification prepares you for a non-medical support role. You will be trained to provide herbal education and wellness support within appropriate boundaries. You agree to always refer clients to qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns.

Client Advocacy Limits

While doulas advocate for their clients' wishes and informed decision-making, this advocacy has limits. You agree to:

  • Support clients in communicating with their healthcare team, not speaking for them
  • Respect the medical authority of licensed healthcare providers
  • Never interfere with medical care or emergency situations
  • Maintain professional boundaries at all times
