Non-Medical Role Acknowledgment

While doulas advocate for their clients' wishes and informed decision-making, this advocacy has limits. You agree to:

Support clients in communicating with their healthcare team, not speaking for them
Respect the medical authority of licensed healthcare providers
Never interfere with medical care or emergency situations
Maintain professional boundaries at all times
